Onion River Sports will host the 10th Annual Maple Onion 15K Freestyle Ski Race at the Morse Farm Ski Touring Center on Saturday, February 23rd from 10am-1pm. The world-class terrain at the Morse Farm Ski Touring Center was designed by John Morton, Nordic ski Olympian and trail designer. John calls the terrain “… a trail system design in the Norwegian style of manageable climbs and exhilarating descents. It’s a great combination of gentle terrain for novices and challenging trails for advanced skiers.” This course provides a challenging but scenic ski through maple-filled woods and open meadows. Prizes will be awarded to overall winners and all racers will have the opportunity to win additional prizes in a raffle.

“Each year the course varies, but the competitive spirit doesn’t. Racers can be assured that there will be there will be lots of friendly competition and plenty of enjoyable skiing!” says Onion River’s Carrie Baker.
