We will gladly provide a refund, credit, or exchange for merchandise bought at regular price accompanied by the original receipt returned within FIFTEEN (15) DAYS of purchase. We will only accept inventory that is unused, in original and perfect condition and has all packaging, tags and supplied documents present. In other words – we’re able to put it back out for sale as new.
Our Holiday Return Policy
Items purchased November 27th through December 25th may be returned for a full refund in the manner in which you paid (cash will be refunded as a check) through January 8th when accompanied by a receipt and all packaging and tags. Items must be in brand new condition. Items returned between January 9th and January 19th will be eligible for store credit only, at the current price as of the date of the return.
- Returns made within 15 days (from original purchase date) will receive a full refund, in the form of how the payment was made. Cash purchases will be refunded by check.
- Regular priced items returned 16 to 30 days after purchase will receive store credit, and are not returnable after 30 days.
- Sale items may be returned within 15 days of purchase date for store credit only, and are not returnable after 15 days.
- Clearance items (indicated by a red ‘slash’ through the price tag) are not returnable.
- Special order items not regularly stocked may not be returned.
- Gift cards, layaway deposits and store credits are non-refundable.
- Items returned for warranty consideration will be subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturers warranty policy.
- We charge $10-$20 shipping and handling for all warranty returns.
Holiday Special Order Policy
Special Orders: We understand that sometimes you need the perfect gift for your in a size or color that do not currently have. We order from most of our major vendors on a regular basis and are happy to add your special order to one of our regular orders during the holiday season. Sometimes, we do not have a regular order to place. If you need your item to be ordered immediately, there might be a small charge from our vendor to order just one item. These are determined on a case by case basis and we will do our best to let you know if your order will fall under this minimum charge.
Availability of Special Orders: We cannot control availability of items at our vendors warehouses and, often, are unable to determine availability until an order is placed. Placing a special order with us is not a guarantee of availability.
Final Date for Holiday Orders is Tuesday, December 10: This date allows for a solid 10 day shipping time from the West Coast, where many warehouses are located. We cannot guarantee that your order will be processed and will arrive on time, but we will do everything that we can to facilitate quick order processing to our vendors.
Rush Orders: Occasionally, it is possible to rush deliver a particular item this time of year. Because we deal with a wide variety of vendors who are located all over the country, individual rush orders and a rush order fees are determined on a case by case basis.
