1 Shipping & Returns
1.1 Do you accept returns of orders placed online and shipped to customers?

Yes we do, however, we do not cover the return shipping costs. Please contact [email protected] for return authorization.

1.2 Do you ship internationally?

No, not at this time.

1.3 What Shipping options do you provide?

We currently ship most items UPS Ground service. Some items may ship USPS Priority Service.

Not all items are available to ship.

1.4 Which products that you carry are available to ship?

Many of our products are now available to ship.

If the item is available to ship, the shipping costs window, at the bottom of your cart page, will show a shipping cost to your zip code. Items designated as available for in-store pickup only, will be noted as such on the products page in our online shop. 

If items, designated as "In-store Pickup only", are added to your cart, all other items added to the order will default to in-store pickup as well.  If you would like to order items available to ship, as well as "in-store pick up only" items, a separate order needs to be made.
