Return Policy

Onion River Outdoors (ORO) Return Policy:

All returns must be in new condition with all packaging and tags and with receipt of purchase. ORO will refund returns within two weeks of purchase (Online orders are allowed extended return times to accommodate shipping time).

ORO will provide store credit for returns 15-30 days from date of purchase. Any items discounted 30% or more are non-refundable. All clearance sales are final. Any returns of purchases $500 or more will be subject to a 5% credit card processing/restocking fee. Certain items are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. All labor charges and installation fees are non-refundable. 

Customer is responsible for shipping costs of any returned items purchased through our eCommerce shop. Please contact orders@onionriver.com with any questions regarding orders.
