"I wanted to give a shout-out to your bike mechanic with the handlebar mustache (how fitting!)  He's always super friendly and personable. I brought my bike in and he respectfully taught me how to properly inject goop into tubeless tires, and was so kind to fix my rear brakes on the spot, though I know he had a slew of bikes ahead of me. He seemed genuinely appreciative of me riding around East Montpelier hills and the upcoming Cabot Ride the Ridges and wanted me to be safe. Not only that, he saw I got a ticket and popped a quarter in the meter.Good person. Made me feel good to live in Central VT with such attentive businesses."
