Shipping policy

We are currently offering in-store pickup and shipping options for most items purchased online. Most items represented online are available to ship. 

Onion River Outdoors (ORO) Return Policy: All returns must be in new condition with all packaging and tags and with receipt of purchase. ORO will refund returns within 2 weeks of purchase (Exceptions are made to accommodate shipping times). ORO will provide store credit for returns 15-30 days from date of purchase. All items sold at a discount of 30% or greater are final sales (no refund, no return).

Customer is responsible for shipping costs of any returned items purchased through our eCommerce shop. Please contact orders@onionriver.com with any questions regarding orders.
